Changes administrative support for the Employment and Economic Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities Task Force from the Illinois Department of Employment Security to the Illinois Department of Human Services.

Task Force must be appointed and hold its first meeting within 90 days after the effective date, convened by the Governor.

Membership includes state government representatives from multiple departments (Human Services, Healthcare and Family Services, Veterans' Affairs, Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Employment Security, Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities, and Education) plus up to 15 public members representing disability advocacy organizations, assistive technology providers, veterans advocates, labor, business, and at least 5 persons with disabilities.

Task Force is co-chaired by a Governor-designated representative and a public member elected by other public members, with members serving voluntarily without compensation.

Task Force shall coordinate with existing state advisory bodies whose work includes employment and economic opportunity for persons with disabilities.
