Amends the Department of Agriculture Law to establish "Bicentennial Farms" designation for farms owned for 200 years or more by lineal or collateral descendants of the same family.

Department of Agriculture may sell signs at cost to qualified applicants designating Centennial Farms (100 years), Sesquicentennial Farms (150 years), or Bicentennial Farms (200 years).

Department may establish trust funds and bank accounts to receive and disburse monies for food shows, food expositions, trade shows, and other promotional agricultural activities.

Signs for farm designations shall not contain the name, picture, or likeness of any elected or appointed public official.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
