Adds 8 legislative appointments to the Unmanned Aerial System Oversight Task Force (2 each from House Speaker, House Minority Leader, Senate President, and Senate Minority Leader) within 90 days of the act's effective date.

Adds a statewide broadcasters association member to the task force, with nominations required within 60 days of the amendatory act's effective date.

Extends the task force's report deadline from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2017 and delays the act's repeal date from September 1, 2016 to September 1, 2017.

Task force continues to study and make recommendations for operation, usage, and regulation of Unmanned Aerial Systems (drones) within Illinois, considering commercial and private uses, privacy rights, and safe operation guidelines.

Task force chair remains the Division of Aeronautics member from the Department of Transportation, who serves as liaison to the Governor and General Assembly.
