Authorizes the Adjutant General to convey approximately 9.36 acres of state-owned property in Cass County, Illinois to the Beardstown Park District by Quitclaim Deed.

Property conveyance is contingent on the Adjutant General determining the land is no longer required for military purposes.

Beardstown Park District must pay all costs and expenses associated with the conveyance, and property transfers in "as is" condition.

Title automatically reverts to the State of Illinois without further action if the property ceases to be used for public purposes.

Adjutant General must obtain a certified copy of the act and record it in the Cass County Recorder's office within 60 days after conveyance.
