Reduces Illinois Police Training Board from 20 to 19 members by removing the Special Agent in Charge of the Springfield FBI division as an ex-officio member.

Expands the definition of "peace officer" under Illinois Criminal Code to include federal law enforcement officers commissioned to enforce federal criminal law, including FBI, DEA, U.S. Marshals, and Department of Homeland Security agents.

Adds new categories of federal agencies whose officers qualify as peace officers: Department of Homeland Security (USCIS, Coast Guard, CBP, ICE) and Department of Defense.

Reorganizes and updates the list of federal agencies covered under the Federal Law Enforcement Officer Immunity Act, consolidating Treasury Department agencies and removing outdated Immigration and Naturalization references.

Changes take effect immediately upon becoming law.
