Renames the "Veterans' Home Nurses' Loan Repayment Act" to the "Veterans' Home Medical Providers' Loan Repayment Act" to reflect expanded eligibility.

Expands the loan repayment program to include physicians, certified nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses in addition to registered professional nurses.

Removes the July 1, 2007 program start date, allowing the program to be created without temporal restrictions.

Requires eligible applicants to be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, Illinois residents, working in a State veterans' home, and having outstanding educational loan balances with no defaults.

Allows grant recipients to receive assistance annually, with preference given to previous recipients who continue to meet eligibility requirements.
