IL HB6010

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to expand the definition of vehicular endangerment to include dropping objects from "other elevated locations" beyond just overpasses.

Defines "elevated location" to include bridges, overpasses, highway ramps, buildings, artificial structures, hills, mounds, or natural elevations above or adjacent to and above a highway.

Establishes vehicular endangerment as a Class 2 felony, or a Class 1 felony if death results from the offense.

Defines "object" as any object or substance likely to cause great bodily harm to vehicle occupants based on its size, weight, or consistency.
