Conveyance to North Chicago subject to existing public utilities, roads, easements, and reverting to the state if property ceases to be used for public purposes, including development of a United States Navy museum.

Director of State Police authorized to convey land in Cook County to Village of Crestwood via quitclaim deed upon payment of $1, consisting of 270 feet by 160 feet in the Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 36 North, Range 13 East.

Conveyance to Village of Crestwood subject to existing public utilities, roads, easements, and reverting to the state if property ceases to be used for public purposes.

Both state agencies must obtain certified copies of relevant act sections and record documents in county recorder's offices within 60 days of the act's effective date.
