Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000 to require managing brokers and brokers to complete 6 hours of approved continuing education courses per year during the pre-renewal period.

Requires managing brokers renewing or obtaining a license after the effective date to complete an additional 12-hour broker management continuing education course each pre-renewal period, delivered in-class or by interactive method with a passing test score.

Continuing education must include at least 3 hours per year (6 hours per two-year period) in a core curriculum covering recent legal changes and Department policy, with remaining hours in elective subjects related to real estate practice.

Exempts managing brokers and brokers from continuing education requirements if they serve in U.S. armed services, hold elected State or federal office, work full-time for the Department, or are admitted to practice law.

Permits earning credit by teaching approved courses, completing self-study programs, or for newly licensed individuals receiving initial licenses within 90 days of renewal; limits credit to 6 hours per calendar day and once per course per pre-renewal period.
