Amends Section 9-169 of the Illinois Pension Code regarding Cook County pension fund financing and tax levies.

Authorizes Cook County to make additional contributions from sources beyond the standard tax levy to cover administrative expenses, disability benefits, group health benefits, and other annuity costs.

Modifies subsection (c) to allow flexibility in funding sources for certain pension-related expenses while maintaining existing tax levy requirements for primary contributions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
