IL HB6324

Amends the Illinois Uniform Conviction Information Act to add "data analysis and research done by the sentencing commission" to the definition of activities that constitute administering criminal laws.

Defines "sentencing commission" as the Sentencing Policy Advisory Council for purposes of the Act.

Allows the Sentencing Policy Advisory Council to access and analyze criminal history record information as part of its authorized functions.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
