Appropriates $1,418,700 from the General Revenue Fund for Court of Claims ordinary and contingent expenses including personal services ($1,193,800), employee benefits, contractual services, travel, and equipment.

Appropriates $450,000 from the Court of Claims Administration and Grant Fund for administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation Act.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Court of Claims Federal Grant Fund for claims under the Crime Victims Compensation Act.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for payment of awards resulting from lapsed appropriations and $4,000,000 for line of duty awards.

Appropriates $15,807,400 from the General Revenue Fund and $2,775,000 from various special funds (Road Fund, DCFS Children's Services Fund, State Garage Fund, Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund, and Vocational Rehabilitation Fund) for payment of claims.
