Appropriates $16,600,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections for operations across seven divisions: The Board, Administration, Elections, General Counsel, Campaign Disclosure, and Information Technology.

Appropriates $5,799,500 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for reimbursement to counties for increased compensation to election judges and lump sum awards to county clerks and recorders.

Reappropriates $5,579,800 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund for distribution to local election authorities under the Help America Vote Act and for implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System (IVRS).

Allocates $6,982,700 within the Elections division specifically for FY2014 reimbursement to local election jurisdictions, maintenance of local election jurisdiction interfaces for IVRS, and FY2016 implementation costs of Public Act 98-1171.

Total appropriations of $27,979,800 across all funds, effective July 1, 2016.
