Appropriates $13,091,050 to the President of the Senate (37.436%) and Speaker of the House (62.564%) for member compensation and legislative duties.

Appropriates $20,603,400 for ordinary and incidental expenses of Senate and House leadership, staff, and office operations, distributed among Senate President (25.7%), Senate Minority Leader (25.7%), House Speaker (24.8%), and House Minority Leader (23.8%).

Appropriates $312,500 to the Legislative Ethics Commission for ordinary and contingent expenses including the Office of Legislative Inspector General.

Re-appropriates $2,441,600 in unexpended funds from prior fiscal year for redistricting planning and preparation expenses, split among Senate President ($500,000), Senate Minority Leader ($500,000), House Speaker ($500,000), House Minority Leader ($500,000), and additional House Speaker allocation ($441,600).

Takes effect July 1, 2016, with all appropriations from the General Revenue Fund and General Assembly Operations Revolving Fund for FY17 ordinary and contingent expenses.
