Appropriates $5,166,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Legislative Information System for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2017

Appropriates $1,600,000 from the General Revenue Assembly Computer Equipment Revolving Fund to the Legislative Information System for purchase, maintenance, and rental of electronic data processing equipment

Appropriates $2,160,000 to the Legislative Printing Unit, $261,600 to the Legislative Audit Commission, $2,950,700 to the Legislative Research Unit, $2,489,400 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,140,700 to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, $1,669,500 to the Architect of the Capitol, and $1,201,400 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for their FY17 operational expenses

Appropriates $1,500,000 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for pension pickup contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois for affected legislative staff employees

Takes effect July 1, 2016
