Appropriates $7,601,800 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Treasurer for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, including prior year costs.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to refund accrued interest on protested tax cases.

Appropriates $11,051,660 from the State Pensions Fund to the Office of the State Treasurer for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.

Appropriates $8,100,000 from the Bank Services Trust Fund for banking services payments and $1,000,000 from the General Obligation Bond Rebate Fund for arbitrage rebate payments to the federal government.

Appropriates $3,313,302,300 from the General Obligation Bond Retirement and Interest Fund for principal and interest payments on state bonds, plus $2,000,000 from the Charitable Trust Stabilization Fund and $2,081,300 from the State Pensions Fund for related administrative costs and grants.
