Appropriates $30,843,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2016.

Appropriates $1,400,000 to the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation for legal services and $1,000,000 from the Illinois Gaming Law Enforcement Fund for state law enforcement purposes.

Appropriates $11,200,000 from the Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund and $11,300,000 from the State Projects and Court Ordered Distribution Fund for interagency agreements, court-ordered distributions, and Attorney General duties.

Provides specialized funding including $9,963,200 for Violent Crime Victims Assistance programs, $3,500,000 for tobacco litigation oversight, $500,000 for domestic violence legal services, and $50,000 for sex offender awareness and education.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
