Appropriates $11,426,650 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for FY2017, including personal services, retirement contributions, and operational expenses.

Appropriates $3,139,500 from the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's County Fund for administrative and labor unit expenses.

Appropriates $674,700 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund and $235,100 from the Continuing Legal Education Trust Fund for various programs and services.

Appropriates $2,500,000 from the Narcotics Profit Forfeiture Fund and $2,200,000 from the Special Federal Grant Fund for drug-related prosecution and federally assisted programs.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
