Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for FY17 ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriation amount of $2 is discretionary, allowing use of "so much of that amount as may be necessary."

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
