Amends the Safe Pharmaceutical Disposal Act to allow pharmaceuticals collected under the Act to be destroyed in drug destruction devices in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act.

Expands the definition of "drug evidence" under the Environmental Protection Act to include any used, expired, or unwanted pharmaceuticals collected under the Safe Pharmaceutical Disposal Act, in addition to illegal drugs collected by law enforcement.

Clarifies that drug evidence destroyed in an approved drug destruction device by a law enforcement agency shall not be considered discarded or waste until it is rendered non-retrievable through irreversible physical or chemical alteration.

Defines "drug destruction device" as equipment designed by manufacturers to destroy drug evidence and render it non-retrievable, used exclusively for that purpose.

Effective immediately upon enactment.
