Creates the Location-based Video Game Protection Act requiring developers to remove ecologically sensitive sites, historically significant locations, private property sites, or dangerous locations from their games within 2 business days of receiving a request from the property owner, manager, or custodian.

Requires location-based video game developers to provide an easily accessible procedure for property owners, managers, or custodians to request removal of sites or locations from their games.

Defines "location-based video game" as a game played on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets that encourages users to travel to specific real property sites or coordinates to achieve game goals.

Allows property owners, managers, or custodians to bring civil enforcement actions against developers who violate the Act, with penalties of up to $100 per day of violation.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
