Creates the Illinois Route 66 Centennial Commission to plan and sponsor centennial events, programs, and activities celebrating the 100th anniversary of Route 66 in 2026.

Commission composed of 20 members: 11 public members appointed by legislative leaders and the Governor (with one Governor appointee serving as chairperson), and 9 ex officio members representing relevant state agencies and Route 66 organizations.

Commission shall meet at least quarterly, with a majority constituting a quorum, and may accept monetary gifts, grants, and in-kind donations held in the Illinois Route 66 Centennial Commission Fund (a non-appropriated trust fund).

Public members receive travel expense reimbursement but no compensation; ex officio members' compensation governed by their underlying state positions.

Commission dissolves on June 30, 2027, with a final activity report due to the Governor by that date and remaining fund assets deposited into the General Revenue Fund; the Act itself repeals December 1, 2027.
