Creates the Emergency Responder Roadway Safety Task Force to identify and recommend ways to increase safety of emergency responders performing their duties.

Task Force composition includes 4 legislative appointees (one each from House Speaker, House Minority Leader, Senate President, Senate Minority Leader), representatives from Illinois Department of Transportation, Illinois State Police, and law enforcement/firefighter/emergency medical services personnel from counties of varying sizes.

Includes representatives from the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority and the towing and recovery industry; members shall select a chairperson at initial meeting.

Illinois State Police shall provide administrative support; Task Force members serve without compensation.

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations report to the General Assembly no later than January 1, 2016.
