Recognizes the late Mayor Paul Egan for his efforts to relocate United States Route 30 away from downtown Aurora in the 1950s, which removed thousands of daily vehicles from the city and downtown residential neighborhoods.

Designates Route 30 in Aurora between Route 47 and Route 34 as the "Mayor Paul Egan Memorial Highway."

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the designated highway to commemorate the "Mayor Paul Egan Memorial Highway" designation, consistent with State and federal regulations.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to the family of Mayor Paul Egan and the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation.
