Honors Specialist Fourth Class Kerry Michael Bugajsky, who joined the U.S. Army on January 16, 1967

Bugajsky served as a mortar man with C Company, 4th Battalion, 23rd Infantry, 25th Infantry Division in Vietnam and died on January 19, 1968 from mortar fire in the Chu Chi area

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the designated highway route consistent with state and federal regulations

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to Bugajsky's family and the Illinois Department of Transportation
