Designates the section of U.S. Highway 50 from Illinois Route 130 East to Ste. Marie Road at Olney as the "Marine Aviator General Christian F. Schilt Memorial Highway"

Honors General Christian Frank Schilt (1895-1987), a Marine aviator who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic rescue missions during the 1928 siege of Quilali, Nicaragua, where he made 10 trips in a biplane to deliver medical supplies and evacuate wounded Marines

Recognizes General Schilt's continued military service in World War II (participating in Guadalcanal, Southern Solomons, Peleliu, and Okinawa campaigns) and the Korean War, where he commanded the 1st U.S. Marine Corps Aircraft Wing and earned multiple decorations

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations marking the highway designation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to General Schilt's family, the Illinois Department of Transportation Secretary, and the Mayor of Olney
