Designates the Stony Creek Bridge on U.S. Route 150 as the "Stony Creek Bridge - Honoring State Rep. William B. Black" in recognition of his efforts to renovate the bridge.

The original bridge was a narrow cement structure that posed safety hazards to semi-trucks, buses, and large vehicles traveling between Danville and Champaign.

The Illinois Department of Transportation replaced the old bridge with a new wider bridge featuring safety guard rails under Representative Black's initiative.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations notifying the public of the bridge's official name, consistent with state and federal regulations.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation and former State Representative William Black.
