Creates the Illinois Task Force on Agent Orange to investigate and develop recommendations on communicating with veterans affected by Agent Orange regarding available treatment options.

Task Force consists of 9 members including appointments by House Speaker, House Minority Leader, Senate President, Senate Minority Leader, Director of Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs (who serves as Chair), a Veterans' Service Officer, representatives from Department of Public Health and Secretary of State's Office, and a local county health department representative.

Task Force shall meet periodically at Chair's discretion with administrative support provided by the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

Task Force must submit a report with findings and legislative recommendations to the Illinois House of Representatives and Senate by January 1, 2016.
