Designates the new Interstate 74 bridge between Moline, Illinois and Bettendorf, Iowa as the Representative Lane Evans Memorial Bridge.

Honors Representative Lane Evans, who served the 17th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1982 to 2006.

Recognizes Evans' military service in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1969 to 1977 and his advocacy for veterans' issues, including Agent Orange exposure compensation and post-traumatic stress disorder awareness.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the bridge as the Representative Lane Evans Memorial Bridge.

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to Evans' family, the Illinois Department of Transportation, and the mayors of Moline and Bettendorf.
