Designates May 2-4, 2015 as days of remembrance for the 150th anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln's death and funeral.

Requests the Governor order the U.S. national flag and Illinois state flag to be flown at half-staff on May 2-4, 2015.

Encourages all Illinois residents to display the U.S. national flag and state flag at half-staff during these days of remembrance.

Acknowledges the 2015 Lincoln Funeral Coalition's organization of a historically accurate reenactment of President Lincoln's funeral procession through Springfield scheduled for May 2-3, 2015.

Directs copies of the resolution to be presented to the Governor and Katie Spindell, Chairman of the 2015 Lincoln Funeral Coalition.
