Designates the portion of Illinois Route 47 over the Illinois River bridge from Pine Bluff Road to Washington Street as the Patrolman Clarence Roseland Memorial Road.

Honors Morris Police Department Patrolman Clarence Roseland, who was killed in the line of duty on February 3, 1935, when he interrupted an armed robbery at Gable's Grocery Store and was shot from behind.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations marking the Patrolman Clarence Roseland Memorial Road in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to Roseland's family, the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Morris Police Department, and the Mayor of the City of Morris.
