Designates the section of Interstate 57 between Exit 250 at U.S. Route 136 in Rantoul and Exit 358 at Wentworth Avenue in Chicago as the "Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Trail"

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the designated route to identify the Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Trail in compliance with State and federal regulations

Recognizes the Tuskegee Airmen as the first African American military aviators who served in World War II with the 332nd Fighter Group and 477th Bombardment Group, achieving 15,533 combat sorties and destroying 112 German aircraft in air combat plus 150 on the ground

Notes that the 99th Pursuit Squadron, the first Tuskegee Airmen unit, was activated at Chanute Field in Rantoul on March 19, 1941, where over 250 enlisted men received aircraft ground support training

Directs presentation of the resolution to the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Chicago "DODO" Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen, Incorporated
