Creates the Mobile Integrated Healthcare Task Force to identify and recommend ways Illinois can improve health care delivery through expanded collaboration and utilization of current health care workers while decreasing costs.

Task Force membership includes 16 members appointed by legislative leaders and the Director of Public Health, representing fire chiefs, firefighters, EMS workers, hospitals, nurses, physicians, and other health care entities, with two co-chairs from House and Senate.

Appointments must be made within 60 days of resolution adoption; Task Force members serve without compensation and receive administrative support from the Department of Public Health.

Task Force shall research and analyze mobile integrated healthcare systems, other states' approaches, grant funding opportunities, and reimbursement models needed to sustain service expansion or changes.

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations to the General Assembly in a report due on or before January 1, 2016.
