Designates the portion of Illinois Route 166 in Creal Springs running from White Street to Walnut Street as the "Clyde Robertson Memorial Highway"

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the highway to commemorate the designation

Honors Clyde Robertson (1922-2015) for 74 years of community service including teaching, military service, work as a rural mail carrier for 36 years, and service on the Creal Springs City Council (1965-1969) and Park Board

Recognizes Robertson's dedication to his church and community despite suffering a spinal cord injury in January 1990 that required use of a wheelchair

Directs that copies of the resolution be sent to Robertson's family, the Mayor of Creal Springs, and the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation
