Designates the Orchard Road interchange on Interstate 88 as the "Suzanne Deuchler Honorary Interchange"

Recognizes Suzanne Deuchler's 18-year service in the Illinois General Assembly (elected 1980) and her contributions to Illinois including co-founding the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, promoting environmental legislation, and championing the Equal Rights Amendment

Acknowledges her 60-year membership in the Aurora branch of the American Association of University Women and service on boards of multiple organizations including the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, Aurora Historical Society, and Rush-Copley Medical Center

Requires the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations on the interchange identifying it by the honorary name, consistent with state and federal regulations

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to the Illinois Secretary of Transportation and Suzanne Deuchler
