Honors Trooper Chong Soo Lim (Badge #4348), who was killed in the line of duty on June 6, 1995, at age 29 when his patrol car was struck on Interstate 90 Westbound at Milepost 18.3

Trooper Lim had served 5 years with the Illinois State Police, was a University of Illinois Chicago graduate, and had transferred to District 15 in Oak Brook one month before his death

Requests the Illinois State Tollway Highway Authority to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations to identify the memorial overpass in compliance with state and federal regulations

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Trooper Lim's family and the Executive Director of the Illinois State Tollway Highway Authority
