Designates the portion of 130th Street from the Bishop Ford Freeway to State Street in Chicago as the "Hazel Johnson EJ Way" to honor environmental justice activist Hazel M. Johnson, who died on January 12, 2011.

Recognizes Mrs. Johnson's founding of People for Community Recovery in the 1980s and her efforts to remove asbestos from Altgeld Gardens public housing.

Acknowledges Mrs. Johnson's work convincing city health officials to test drinking water at Maryland Manor, where cyanide and toxins were found.

Requests the Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the designated street consistent with state and federal regulations.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to Cheryl Johnson (Mrs. Johnson's daughter) and the Secretary of Transportation.
