Designates the section of Interstate 155 from the Hopedale Exit on Illinois Route 122 to the intersection of Illinois Route 9 as the "Major Reid Nannen Memorial Highway"

Honors Major Reid Nannen, a Hopedale native and U.S. Marine pilot who was killed on March 1, 2014, when his F/A-18C Hornet crashed during a Top Gun training exercise near Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada

Major Nannen was commissioned in 2004, received his Wings of Gold in February 2007, and served in two deployments to Afghanistan supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in 2010 and 2011-2012

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the highway designation

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to Major Nannen's family, the Mayor of Hopedale, and the Illinois Department of Transportation Secretary
