Designates the 25th Avenue overpass in Bellwood as the "Mayor Frank A. Pasquale Overpass" to honor the retiring mayor.

Recognizes Mayor Pasquale's over 40 years of public service including 6 years as Village Trustee, 20 years as Memorial Park District Commissioner, and 15 years as Mayor.

Acknowledges Mayor Pasquale's role as Chairman of the Addison Creek Restoration Commission, which secured $150 million in funding from the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District to address flooding issues.

Credits Mayor Pasquale with building the 25th Avenue overpass to alleviate traffic delays caused by Union Pacific railroad tracks on the border between Bellwood and Melrose Park.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the overpass with Mayor Pasquale's name.
