Directs the Auditor General to conduct a performance audit of the College of DuPage covering Fiscal Years 2011 through 2014 through an intergovernmental agreement.

Audit must examine revenue sources, expenditures by category, Board of Trustees compliance with policy responsibilities, fiduciary responsibilities and compliance with the Public Community College Act.

Audit must determine whether the College President's $763,000 severance package and compensation are comparable to those of other Illinois community college presidents and properly approved.

College of DuPage is responsible for paying all costs associated with the audit.

College of DuPage, Illinois Community College Board, and relevant entities must fully cooperate with the Auditor General's Office during the audit process.
