Directs the Auditor General to conduct a program audit of General Professions Dedicated Fund appropriations for Fiscal Years 2012, 2013, and 2014 related to pharmacy practice education and training at Chicago State University, University of Illinois, and Southern Illinois University.

Audit must determine the purposes for which appropriations were used and identify any purposes unrelated to pharmacy education.

Audit must examine whether each university conducted labor market studies analyzing the need for pharmacists, particularly in rural areas, and whether their programs address identified needs.

Requires all relevant entities including the three universities, Board of Higher Education, and other stakeholders to cooperate fully with the Auditor General during the audit.

Directs the Auditor General to commence the audit as soon as possible and report findings and recommendations in accordance with Section 3-14 of the Illinois State Auditing Act.
