Honors the lives of Abigail Adelia Liefer, 19, and Hannah Marie Porter, 20, who died in a car accident on January 10, 2015.

Recognizes a Facebook-organized event on February 10, 2015 (one-month anniversary of their deaths) where over 10,000 participants performed random acts of kindness in their memory, with participants from across the United States and internationally.

Declares February 10, 2015 as "Abby & Hannah's Random Act of Kindness Day" in the State of Illinois.

Directs the Illinois House of Representatives to present suitable copies of this resolution to the families of Abby Liefer and Hannah Porter as an expression of sympathy.
