Congratulates the people of the Republic of China on their 104th National Day (Double Ten Day), commemorating the October 10, 1911 Wuch'ang Uprising that led to the establishment of the Republic of China on January 1, 1912.

Recognizes National Day celebrations that include military reviews, national parades, fireworks displays, National Day concerts, and Presidential Addresses attended by people of the Republic of China and overseas Chinese worldwide.

Acknowledges the Republic of China as a beacon of democratic governance and integrity for Asia and the world.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Director-General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago as a symbol of esteem and respect.
