Identifies key outcomes for successful youth development including academic readiness, stable family connections, basic needs fulfillment, good health, and employment readiness.

Recognizes that positive youth development benefits extend beyond school success to include healthy development, positive relationships, and civic engagement.

Calls for alignment of state efforts and partnerships to integrate comprehensive programs supporting children and young people to be connected, educated, healthy, safe, and employable.
