Responds to incidents during the 2015 MLB season where fans were struck by balls and shattered bats, resulting in injuries requiring medical attention and hospitalization.

Notes that MLB issued a recommendation for protective netting in front of exposed field-level seats, and some teams have already complied.

Recognizes that translucent netting options are available that maintain the close-up fan experience while enhancing safety.

Directs delivery of the resolution to MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred and all 30 MLB teams.
