Designates December 11-17, 2016 as "Random Act of Kindness Week" in Illinois to honor Glenbrook South High School students' community service efforts.

Recognizes the Key Club's 2014 launch of the first annual Random Act of Kindness Week, which encouraged students to perform daily acts of kindness such as buying coffee for others, holding doors, and distributing baked goods.

Acknowledges the 2015 expansion of the program, including fundraising for groceries for families in need, partnering with local organizations, volunteer work with charities, gift-wrapping at village hall, a benefit concert for the food pantry, and fulfilling holiday wishes for elementary school children.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Glenbrook South High School students as a symbol of respect and esteem for their community service.
