Addresses the situation of veterans from World War II, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan who were legal permanent residents and were deported after criminal convictions following inadequate reintegration support.

Notes that many deported veterans now live in Mexico in difficult conditions and seek assistance returning to the United States to reunite with their families and U.S. citizen children.

States that the nation owes deported veterans adequate support and rehabilitation equal to that provided to veterans with full citizenship.

Directs the Illinois House to bring these veterans' cases to the attention of members of Congress and the President of the United States to facilitate their return.

Requires suitable copies of the resolution be delivered to the Illinois congressional delegation and the President.
