Congratulates Paul T. Stransky on his retirement from Farmers Insurance after 35 years of service.

Acknowledges Stransky's Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Law from Western Illinois University (1978) and his career progression from Agent in Aurora to Assistant Vice President of Government Affairs.

Notes Stransky's prior service with the Sandwich Police Department for four years and active duty in the United States Coast Guard for four years, plus 10 years in the Coast Guard Reserve.

Recognizes Stransky's family: wife Irena and two sons, Alex and Jonathan.
