Congratulates the congregation of St. Constance Church in Chicago on its 100th anniversary in 2016.

Recognizes that the church was organized in 1916 by 90 Polish families from Our Lady of Victory Church, with Rev. Alex Knitter appointed by Archbishop George W. Mundelein to establish the parish.

Notes the church's evolution from a simple frame structure dedicated on August 20, 1916, to a modern church designed by A.J. Del Bianco and Richard Donatoni completed in 1970.

Documents the founding of the Maximilian Kolbe School of Polish Language at St. Constance Church in 1974 to instruct young Chicagoans in Polish language.

Acknowledges St. Constance Church as a cultural center for the Polish diaspora in Chicago that has expanded to serve families of Italian, Irish, German, Filipino, and Latin American descent.
