Names the original Board of Commissioners members as Merle A. Bonora Jr. (President), Donald R. Bruhms, Eileen Lewandowski, J. Douglas McDonald, and Hal Slater (Vice-President).

Acknowledges park naming initiatives in the late 1970s during the Village of Streamwood's 25th anniversary, including renaming LaSalle Park to "Anniversary Park" and Miller-McCool Park to "Kiddie Corner Park."

Details the history of a one-room schoolhouse donated by Gertrude Odlum in 1974, restored by the Bicentennial Commission in 1975-1976, and relocated to Hoosier Grove Campus in 1991.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Streamwood Park District Executive Director Dennis Stein.
